1. Sourcing Service

Starting from your detailed enquiry, each product is sourced from manufacturers, wholesalers, and importers.

2. Inspection Service

Once the products are found, a preliminary inspection is done to evaluate physical appearance and condition of stock. Also pre-shipment inspection is done as per guide lines given by the buyers. Also, if technical inspection or lab tests are required, out side help is obtained as desired by customers. For this purpose ewe are in touch with different Labs or technicians relevant to different products.

3. Purchasing Services

Once buyer's approval is obtained, terms and conditions of purchase, delivery and payment are negotiated with supplier and contract is signed. Delivery is then arranged as desired by the buyers.

4. Export Documentation

Our export department is well equipped and experienced in preparing export invoices, packing lists and arranging insurance and completing other necessary paper work.

5. Arranging Shipments

Freights are negotiated with different shipping companies, their sailing schedules are checked for earliest departure and shortest sailing time and after consulting with buyers, shipment is effected with the shipping line preferred by the buyer. Our report is of course at his hands for easy decision making.

6. Arranging Insurance

Various local and international insurance companies are available in the market. And, we enjoy preferred rates and services with a bundle of reliable companies. Quotations are obtained and informed to buyers together with our report on merits and de-merits of each company. Decision is of course remains with the buyer.
